held a special party to honor the artist of the KY Spay/Neuter
license plate, Linda K. Davis, on September 7, 2003 at Joseph-Beth
Booksellers. The cake was created by Mondelli's bakery. Carole
Frazer, KCAP Treasurer, (on the left) stands with Linda before
the cutting (and eating) begins!
