Kentucky Conference for the Animals 2004

THE KY COALITION FOR ANIMAL PROTECTION ANNOUNCES AN EVENT FOR THIS SATURDAY, JANUARY 24TH: KCAP'S CONFERENCE FOR THE ANIMALS 2004

Please see the full agenda below. There is no fee or charge at all. This is part of KCAPs efforts and mission to encourage information and networking. We will have several experienced shelter/rescue people, including Andy McDowel of the Ky Animal Care and Control Assoc) and the legislators who have demonstrated interest and support in animal welfare issues. Sen Buford sponsored the felony cruelty bill and spay/neuter license plate; and Rep Roger Thomas has been active with the revisions of animal control laws which include a provision for "no gunshot" as a form of shelter euthanasia.
